Hunting the sunset @ Independence Beach in Sihanoukville

Hunting the sunset @ Independence Beach in Sihanoukville

From the end of Sokha beach we continue walking a head to the fisherman village. What a problamatic view against the beautiful Sokha beach. The village looks poor and slightly dirty. Most of the wall of the house constructed by the combination of the unused zink and woods. The floors are originally from the earth itself, no cements, no cheramics typical poor citizenship in Sihanoukville.

The wayout we passed by also smelly, a local cambodian comment " what a smell shit, don't they have toilet so the shit anywhere" I just smile with no comment.. hehehe.

Just a about 10mnts walk we came to the gate of the isolated part of Independences beach. We request permission to enter the beach for some shots of sunset photos from the local people that eye watching that place.

We make a quick look to the Independence beach.. that's still look not independence yet ;) It's look a bit dirty at the place we visited. We don't go further along the beach as the time getting dark. The moon switch off the sun soon. Things surrounding getting dark. For our safety reason we decided to go back to our guest house at Ochheuteal beach through the main road... and who knows we may be able to get hitchhiking.. :)

Hmm.. Getting thirsty, around the main road we try to find the drinking water. It's costly 0.25cents USD for a small bottle of water.... glud glud glud... the water feel best. To endure walking by the main road, looks so quiet and dark, as they don't have road lamps. Not so many cars get through the road.. Ohhhh My GOD.. a lesson for the future try to avoid to do seight seing at the late time especially walking by on food :)

Eventually.. Thanks God, we arrived safely at Sokha beach. The way through the main road is taking longer. In our normal walking speed with a dark road we manage to arrived at sokha beach for 30-40mnts.. huh huh.. huh another lesson learn for next time better use the same road that we are familiar then the stranger dark road those we are not familiar with..

From the Sokha beach to the Golden Lion Traffic Circle just about 10mnts walk. We remain walking to our lovely APPLE guest house for some cleaning shower and food. We get starving earlier due to so much walking.

Apple guest house have lovely friendly staffs. One of the cookers, She provide us 1USD dinner with the menu (rice + 3pcs of fried fishes).. They cook in fresh hot terms, just well cooked.. wow.. mamamia yumminya.. lezato.. hahahha.. Oh God thanks, we don't need to walking out again to find our dinner.. It's just a step from our door.. the food ready.. mamamia lezato.. we are going to eat first.. and see you at Serenfidity beach later..:)

Today lesson learn:

1. Be active to talk with local people to find out where are we? and how are we going home? we are not getting lost for sure but if we know that there is a shorter way through the beach to go to Sokha beach from Independence beach, why should we the take the fucking main road way.. hehehe

2. Don't do sightseing too late, manage your time wisely, especially in the rural area where there is no road lamps.. dark man.. dark.. luckily got some naturals lights from the stars above the sky and remember we are walking on food.. jalan kaki bookkkkkkk exercise :)

3. I'ts not always bad to go and back on the same way, to familiar your way. Otherwise you will facing the strange ways that will take you longer as our experiences.

4. Always smile and nice to talking to people for directions even you are already knows the way for friendships..

5. Take your own lesson note :) SABAY nie.. sabay SABAY.. happy .. happy..
